Jessie’s signature Homemade Guac

I. LOVE. GUAC. That is all.

I often make guac for my guests or to bring to parties. It’s quite the hit, if I do say so myself.

It’s tasty, healthy, flavourful, and goes perfectly with veggies, chips, and even as a spread on your sandwich or a salad topping.

Loaded with good fats, potassium, iodine, and vitamin C, here is my not-so-SECRET recipe 🙂

Makes about 6 cups depending on size of avocado

What you need

  • 6 ripe avocados (I usually have the small sized ones)image
  • 3 cloves of garlic, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (more if you like)
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • juice from an entire lime (this seems to be the secret to its deliciousness! At least from what I’ve been told)
  • sea salt, pepper, cayenne, sriracha for taste

What to do

  • cut each avocado in half, take out the seed and scoop the flesh out into your mixing bowl
  • mix in everything else and mash everything together

How easy was that?!

Try it and let me know how it turns out! Please like and share!
