Kale, Avocado & (Leftover) Chicken Avocado Salad – In a blender

This is self explanatory! Another recipe by my lazy self so that I could have “lunch at my desk”

What you need

2 hand fulls of kale, blanched

half an avocado

3oz leftover chicken breast (seasoned and baked)image

1 clove of garlic

1/8 cup of red onions

sea salt and pepper to taste, optional cayenne pepper

optional:

1 tbsp of olive oil for texture

extra veggies such as sliced mushrooms, carrots, celery

nuts

hard boiled egg

What to do:

Chuck everything in a nutribullet or blender and blend for a few seconds, depending on how you want the consistency.

All done! Eat up – straight from the cup!
