You asked and we listened! Starting Sunday, March 6, 2016, I will be adding a Sunday 9am class to my in-home semi private yoga class schedule (avg class size has been 5-8 but no more than 12)! This means more opportunities to practice with me and get some up-close, personal attention to enhance your practice, get stronger, leaner and more flexible! Not to mention more yummy massages. We will try this for a month or two and re-evaluate – so bring your friends!
I know you want more, so more classes will gradually be added and I will keep you posted. In the meantime, throw me some dates and times that would work for you and/or your friends, bring your posse and let’s get it started!
