This year, I will be volunteering to teach a 60 minute All-level vinyasa/hatha yoga class, to support this wonderful cause. Our aim is to try and raise $3,000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and all the proceeds will be donated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. We hope to help fund research to make sure that heart disease never happens to anyone… it is so preventable!
Throughout the event, we will hold boot camp and yoga sessions and other physical activities to promote our passion for being active and fit, and to share this with our community.
We would love to invite you to this great event and ask that you please forward along to your friends and family who might also be interested. Even if you can not attend, your support will go a long way.

10:30-11:30 am – Boot Camp with Steven Pichelli @shteevee
11:30-12:30 pm – Martial Arts Workout with Lidia Tucci @lidt
12:30-1:30 pm – Yoga with ME! (***Please bring your own Yoga Mat)
1:30-2:30 pm – Athletic Conditioning with Ray Montaniel and Ed Boxler @riseandgrindfitness @boxler_ *** To book your sessions, you must email Ray at ray@FitnessBootcampsCanadainc.com. We can only hold a maximum of 20 participants per session.*** How to register:
COST per person: $20 for 3 raffle tickets / $30 for 6 tickets / $40 for 9 tickets (TAX RECEIPTS CAN BE GIVEN FOR ONLINE DONATIONS)
Tickets can be purchased in advanced by contacting Ray Ortiz. @rayortiz This will get you access to all of the activities for the day
